Recruiters

I've made a new guildsman group called "recruiters".
This group has invite rights (duh), and helps keeping a flow of active members to the guild

Recruiters will mainly be ppl going TB/TG, as this is by far the easiest place to invite new members. So if you go there from time to time and feel like helping out getting new members, give me a whisper^^

The composition in this group will not be constant - the ones who have the most possibilities inviting ATM, will be placed in that group. I'll change the ppl there every week or so, but lets see how it works out.

Feedback is welcome.


And to make invite guidelines clear:

- min lvl is 50 atm - i will make lvl req higher in near future.
- capella is prefered at lvl 52-94, a MUST at lvl 95+
- decent lvl of english
- a somewhat acceptable level of social skills - it shouldnt be necessary to mention what kind of behaviour isnt accepted.
- we're short of shielders and archers and wizards atm. Grab them when you see them ^^
